The story
I run a small studio called Mayelow. We work with clients on recurring monthly retainers, so I needed a tool to manage client subscriptions, send invoices, and give clients a portal where they could see what we were working on.
The tool I was using got the job done, but it frustrated me daily. Features that should be simple were buried under settings. Things that didn't make sense for smaller teams kept being added. Client portals looked the same for every agency. I caught myself apologizing to clients for the experience.
So I started building what I actually wanted. A tool focused on doing the recurring-service workflow well, not on being everything to everyone. Clean to use, both for you and for the client who opens their portal.
